Continuous cloud delivery works best when release readiness becomes a repeatable operating process rather than a last-minute testing exercise.
Start with impact, not volume
Not every release note has the same relevance. Teams should map new functionality to the modules, integrations, reports and business processes they actually use.
Test the business journeys that matter
Prioritize end-to-end scenarios that cross applications, integrations and reporting. These journeys often expose issues that isolated feature tests miss.
Include integrations and extensions
OIC integrations, Visual Builder extensions, reports and custom configurations should be part of the readiness scope whenever upstream or downstream behavior may change.

Capture decisions and ownership
A lightweight release register can document applicability, testing status, owner, action required and deployment timing so stakeholders share the same view.
